When can we set up?
The Fairgrounds will be open on Friday, June 20, from 10 AM – 8 PM for setup.
On Saturday, June 21, the grounds will open at 6 AM.
Why does my organization need the CERTIFICATE OF LIABILITY INSURANCE?
The certificate is proof that you have the necessary insurance coverage to protect against potential accidents or damages that could occur at your booth, such as someone tripping and getting injured, property damage to the venue, or product liability claims.
When must we be set up?
We ask vendors to be set up by 7:30 AM on Saturday and to stay open until 6 PM.
Is there electricity for my Food or Beverage Truck?
Power can be purchased for your vendor spot for a one-time $25 fee, passed on to the Fairgrounds.
